Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of myfrix.com and to services provided by MYF LLC ("MYFRIX", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United States. By using our website or engaging us for any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

MYFRIX provides website development, e-commerce, web and mobile application development, SaaS development, AI automation, AI assistants and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions and price for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Where that document differs from these Terms, the proposal or agreement applies.

Unless your proposal states otherwise, projects require 50% payment upfront and 50% on delivery. Accepted payment methods and due dates are stated on each invoice. Work may be paused while invoices remain unpaid.

Each engagement includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes in scope may incur extra fees. Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback, content and access from you.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, excluding third-party components that are licensed separately. MYFRIX may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, access and timely feedback, and for ensuring you have the right to use any material you supply. Delays caused by missing information or approvals are not the responsibility of MYFRIX.

Our website and services are provided "as is", without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, MYFRIX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion if we are unable to deliver the agreed scope. Work already completed will be billed accordingly.

Either party may end an engagement by written notice. You remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
